Day 4: Very happy with  this week's final workout at The WorX! I was pushing as hard as I could, striving for level 3. I focused on taking shorter breaks in between each set and push just as hard as I continued. Pushed those pushups!! Today is Day 5 of rest and feeling really good. A little sore on the upper body, shoulders mostly. A massage would be nice ;)

Making plans for another active weekend. Hopefully Mother Nature will turn down her heater to allow for some outdoor fun. This Journey has begun with so much positivity and support. Very grateful for all that are present in my life and providing so much positivity and encouragement. #Blessed. 
HOORAY FOR WEEK 1 AT THE WORX !!!!!

  1. Way to push and kick butt on your first week at the WorX! You always do your best and I see it grow each and ever time. That soreness..be proud of it for sure! I see you doing your best and I encourage you to continue that. Remember, do things at your pace and listen to your body. Don't worry about others pace, focus on yours. We all had to start somewhere an no...we isn't walk into the WorX being able to do a bajillion push ups lol. We built up to it, just like I know YOU WILL TOO. Have a great weekend and do you!!
